The river Nederrijn is equipped with a series of 3 weirs, that control the flow of water from the Alps through the Dutch riverland. The weirs at Driel, Amerongen and Hagestein are currently being renovated and will become part of a larger effort to rejuvenate the riverfront. This photo shoot is dedicated to showing the genius loci of the area, with special emphasis on the weirs.
